My story begins between the Black Sea and the Caucasus Mountains, in the southern part of Russia.
I was four when my grandmother gave me a handful of lettuce seeds and guided me to a patch of land under the apple tree. This special space was mine to tend to, and from this young age, I learned how to nurture seeds and receive the wisdom from the Earth.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve been called to be a nurturer of community, a weaver of connections, the bridge between ancient wisdom and modern culture. My studies and practice of yoga, ayurveda, herbalism, divination, human design, tantra, neuroscience, psychology, indigenous traditions and many other modalities cultivated a unique approach in coaching, facilitating and everything I create.
I have always been fascinated by human connection and consciousness. In my school years, I dove deeply into social studies, immersing myself in culture, language, and performing arts. It was here that I learned the true power of creativity, community and collaboration. The seeds were planted, and my vision became clear.
Sparked and fueled by this understanding, at age 18 I moved across the Globe to San Francisco to seek out the convergence of spirituality, innovation and technology. With $200 in my pocket and ambitious nature, I forged a path through the messy entrepreneurial waters and developed the tools to self-made success.
I have dedicated my life to working with visionaries, healers and entrepreneurs to create a better future for generations to come where everyone feels safe, seen and equally provided for.
I am proud of my work and long-time collaborations with the following community projects.
The Center SF · LIB · Lucidity · Planet Home · Burning Man · Form Arcosanti · Enchanted Forest · Aum Vibe · Holistic Underground SF · Holistic Underground Alter Leadership course · Women Alter at Allied leadership training for Embodied Resilience · Awakened Futures Summit · 906 World Cultural Center · Holistic Health Saloon · Spirit Weavers Gathering and many more.
As my story began between the sea and the mountains, it continues in a liminal space between holistic healing, womens empowerment, business consulting, intentional community building, ceremony, seen and unseen.
This is a part of my very nature and even my name, Ksenia, which originates from the Greek word for hospitality, is a gentle reminder that I am here to create spaces internally and externally that inspire connection, transformation and healing.
My greatest joy is helping others, who are ready to make a change, to get out of their own way and move forward towards their wildly important goals with clarity and confidence.
I am forever grateful to my family, teachers, friends and community for being a great inspiration and support in everything I do.
As a supporter of change-makers and regenerative practices , I donate 10% of my income to local non-profit organizations each month. Also, I contribute to The Shuumi Land Tax, which is a voluntary annual financial contribution that non-Indigenous people living on traditional Chochenyo and Karkin Ohlone territory make to support the critical work of the Sogorea Te’ Land Trust. I encourage you to do the same!
